New York State is Getting Duped

In the United States, it was announced that 3.5 million people were lifted off their Food Stamps program. This is nothing to brag about.

Having visited the website http://www.mydss.mo.gov I can clearly see the income requirement for two people sitting at $1,760.00 per month to claim a mere $352.00 a month in food benefits. What I want to express here is that is insanely low when you consider this income is gross and they don’t take into account your expenses such as car payments, medical co-payments or costs. The rent prices in New York soar at over $1,000.00 per month. It is very cold there in the wintertime, so electrical and/or propane costs are also high.

Impossible to survive

There seems to be a big lack for those who are retired as well, they live on Social Security and many have no other pension. They are paying a lot for mandated Medicare part (a) or (b) that pays for very little. It is also expensive, and in your retirement years, they are more than likely on medications. The cost of medication in the USA is absolutely disgraceful.

as you can see, two people sit at a mere $1,760.00 per month @ $21,120.00 per year for a couple with no children.

Per person.
So, if you are a retired couple, and you live on $21,120.00 per year, you are automatically paying $271.00 per month combined for Medicare. That is $3, 252.00 per year. Not including everything it doesn’t cover, nor the “donut hole” costs as they call it. This means if you spend too much on medicine they will not pay anymore and you pay it all out of pocket. You can read more about that here – https://www.ehealthmedicare.com/medicare-part-d-articles/medicare-part-d/

The disadvantaged are being abused by the “system”

When you consider how poor you have to be to get help, the help is slow coming as it is, completely inadequate. No one can pay rent or a mortgage, high fuel and electrical costs, medical costs, prescription costs, have a running car and insurance and make it. Governor Mario Cuomo in New York City who governs upstate as well is not concerned at all about Upstate people. The President of the United States thinks it is great to have so many off of Food Stamps, I am very disappointed to know that. The income limits for assistance need to be with the cost of living, it needs to take into consideration a mortgage, rent, lights, heat, cars, insurance and all medical expenses. Does anyone in Congress or the Senate have to fill out an application form to spend tax dollars on first-class airline tickets? High-end accommodation, meals, or any expense at all? No, they do not. They spend as much as they want to of your money, feeling entitled to as well, while you can’t get food stamps to feed yourselves, or don’t pick up your medications because you can’t afford them. https://www.usatoday.com/story/news/politics/2017/02/27/taxpayers-fund-first-class-congressional-foreign-travel-boom-overseas/98351442/Snapshot from the above link. How many flights have you taken? And how many were paid by taxpayers?

Govoner Mario Cuomo and his lavish spending

Because he doesn’t like commercial airlines, the State (they mean the Tax Payers) purchased a Helicopter to the tune of $12.5 million dollars, while still using and charging Taxpayers for private planes. The Helicopter has been used over 60 times for non-executive purposes. https://www.nytimes.com/2018/09/07/nyregion/andrew-cuomo-helicopter-airplanes-air-travel.html –

This is not to forgo many other luxuries he enjoys at their tax dollars expense. So why is he able to spend like there is no limit while the people who are actually funding this waste struggle to eat? To get medical care? Housing? The entitlements they say “are legal” but the people didn’t make them legal, they made them legal!! Do you recall voting for any politician to have Free Airfare? To purchase Jets, helicopters and cars with your money? To buy any expensive meal, to stay in any expensive accommodation with your money? Did you vote for just these few things that they entitle themselves to, I didn’t think so.

Waste of money

Reading an article published by The New York Post, https://nypost.com/2018/07/21/cuomo-has-wasted-billions-and-somehow-hes-still-here/Gov. Coumo spent $8 milllion dollars on road signs that say “I “heart” New York” which the prompted the State Department of Transportation fining 14 million dollars for the road safety hazard. This cost New Yorkers 22 Million dollars. The below is direct quotes from the above site.

Where are the rights of the REAL bill payers, the American People?

All that comes to mind is “you have the right remain silent” and it seems it’s highly suggested that you do. What a disgrace to the Nations forefathers, your ancestors who fought long and hard for a free and prosperous America.
